Orders are subject to "in- stock" items only. Items listed as pre-order or back-order will be shipped as soon as available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item maybe out of stock at the time place your order. In such rare instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available. Back ordered items will be shipped via Standard delivery. Please note that most carriers neither pick-up nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays. Shipping rates are also in US currency.

- Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and /or taxes, which are put together once your shipment arrives in your country.
- Your package will be shipped DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid"
- In order for your package to clear customs, the additional charges must be paid.

Please note that Zeugari is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent, provided the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. EXPRESS DELIVERY: Most orders will arrive within 1-3 business days for items in-stock only; please allow 2 additional days for rural addresses. This service is available US & Canada only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All sales are final, returns are not accepted. We will exchange the size and style only, and must be within 15 days of the delivery date. Sale items are final sale, but may be exchanged for a different size. Items must be received in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged with all the tags in place. Please contact us at info@zeugari.com or by phone 1.866.910.7787 so we can issue you a Return Authorization number. This return authorization number must be clearly marked on the package to avoid further delays. Items MUST be received to Zeugari's discretion, at which the return will be billed to your credit card.
RETURN ADDRESS: Ship your package prepaid and write down the RA# clearly on the box that was provided by Zeugari. Also, please don't forget to write down "Exchange" on the commercial invoice that your courier provides.

Zeugari guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer's defect for the first 60 days from the date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. If you received a damaged or detective item, please notify us at info@zeugari.com within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. All suits are subject to validation and approval by Zeugari for replacement. Zeugari suits will experience normal wear and tear over time.CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Zeugari swimsuits are constructed of the finest imported and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. All suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long period of time in heavily chlorinated or salted water. Right after swimming please hand wash in cold or cool water and hang to dry. If soap is used, please use very mild soap intended for delicates. Following these care instructions will help excel the life of your suit.
