Bowl of Healthiness


I’m here in Hong Kong, and I tell you, is it hard to eat clean here!

So finally, I made it to the supermarket, and bought some groceries.

So I just added some mixed  berries (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry) a teaspoon of each seeds (chia, hemp, flax) and a cup of dried fruit oats, low fat milk and vanilla yogurt for that extra touch of sweetness.
